Had dinner in the snug bar. Ordered drinks and food which arrived promptly. The fish and chips were perfectly battered and cooked. We had a minor issue with the bill but the reception staff were understanding and waived the food charge. The customer service experience was great and I would definitely return to the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just off a roundabout and near the Foyle Bridge. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially enjoyed the in-room breakfast and the delicious food at the restaurant. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a picnic area and a sun terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. I had an excellent experience at this place.

The hotel was clean and had great facilities. Parking was convenient and the location was perfect for me, away from the main downtown area which I preferred. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay in a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Derry. The staff at the restaurant were fantastic and the food was delicious. The location was convenient, although it was a bit difficult to get out at the roundabout. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was excellent. Breakfast had a good selection, although the coffee and tea could have been better. it was a great experience with just a few minor issues.

The room reception and hall could use some redecoration, as there were quite a few smudges and poor cutting in.

We loved the hotel's location next to the bridge over the river just outside of the city centre. It was very close to the main streets, making shopping a doddle. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast provided was first class, and the staff were lovely and welcoming.

Stayed here for Xmas with family and had a great time. the hotel offered a lovely Xmas dinner and entertainment, which everyone enjoyed. the rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The barman even took the time to wish us a happy anniversary. I had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay, I had a great experience at the hotel. The location was convenient and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was recently refurbished and it was both attractive and comfortable. The walk-in shower in the bathroom was excellent and the blue/grey decor was pleasing to the eye. Additionally, there was ample parking available, which was a definite plus. The bar at the hotel was small but cozy, providing a quiet and relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a conversation with other guests. Finally, the breakfast served in the morning was satisfying and of good quality.

my recent stay in londonderry was amazing, but waterfoot hotel truly exceeded my expectations. from the modern rooms to the friendly staff, everything was perfect. the food in the restaurant was top-notch and the free taxi service was a pleasant surprise!

I recently stayed at Waterfoot for a leisure trip and it was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The cozy bar had great bar staff and there was plenty of free parking. The rooms, although a bit dated, were still in good condition and well-maintained. The Assistant Manager, Amanda Creagh, was welcoming and took the time to explain the hotel's future plans. I can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was brilliant, just a short taxi ride away from the city center. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, especially Brenda and Adam at reception. The rooms were lovely and clean, with plenty of towels and a hair dryer provided. The hotel had excellent facilities such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance offered. The amenities in the room were great, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and in-room safe. We also appreciated the dining options, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area available. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and we loved the option of having a packed lunch. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay memorable.
