We had a fantastic stay at Borgovico in Como. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Luca at the reception was particularly amazing, ordering our dinner for us and ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite not being centrally located, the hotel was perfect for exploring Como and easy to find if you have a car.

The hotel had a good location, very close to the train station and the lake. Plus, there was a 24-hour supermarket nearby, which was really convenient. the room was clean and the staff was generally friendly. However, the best part was the restaurant nearby. the food was really good, especially their pizzas.

My Christmas at the hotel was not great. the room was really small and there wasn't enough space to move around.

The breakfast included is of very good quality, ensuring a great start to the day.

Noisy at times.

We had a great stay at a hotel with a good location and a clean room. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was polite and efficient. The internet speed was very good, and we enjoyed the small backyard for coffee. However, the shower leaked and the breakfast was basic and not very fresh. I would recommend this hotel for its location and cleanliness.
