The staff at this hotel is outstanding! They go above and beyond to make sure your every need is met. the food and drinks are of the highest quality and offer a taste of luxury.

Our room had a minor issue with the A/C, but the hotel quickly and efficiently solved the problem. the only downside was having to unpack and repack all of our belongings.

The staff at the Faro buffet were very gentlemanly and accommodating. Despite our first room having an A/C issue, the staff provided us with spa credits as compensation. The food and drinks at the resort were excellent, providing a 5-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation.

The staff was incredible! They made me feel so welcomed and were always happy to help me with any questions that I had. The food and drinks were also amazing! There was so much variety and everything tasted delicious. What I loved the most was the perfect location of the hotel. It was close to everything I needed, from shopping centers to the beach, which allowed me to make the most of my short stay.

There was an issue with the air conditioning in my room, which caused some discomfort. I had to switch rooms, which was a hassle, especially with my 7-month-old baby. However, the staff did offer us some spa credits as an apology, which was a nice gesture. my stay was still a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
