This place suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour reception, outdoor dining area, and seasonal outdoor pool. On my first visit, the staff helped me with heavy baggage. Don't miss the great food and drink options at Praia Lounge! I'll definitely return for another city break.

I had a relaxing time at this place during my stay. I enjoyed the beach, where I had great service from the staff who helped me find a sunbed. The food was excellent, especially in the dining venue with modern Chinese-inspired dishes. However, I faced an issue at the rooftop bar when my mother was not allowed entry because of her shoes. Overall, I appreciated the experience and would consider staying again.

Rooms are lovely, but noisy vibes

The rooms at Five Palm Jumeirah were spacious and clean, a pleasant surprise! Staff, especially at breakfast, were welcoming, ensuring a cheerful experience. The fun atmosphere around the pools lured many guests in, and the beach access was a definite plus.

The hotel has an amazing rooftop bar with stunning views, exceptional poolside events, and a vibrant nightlife that’s a blast for parties! My birthday was unforgettable, thanks to the surprise cake and decorations from the staff.

I almost wanted to leave a good review, but honestly, what kind of 5-star hotel has long waits for luggage and charges high fees for everything? Also, how could they forget to clean my room even with a sign up? An upgrade or even a complimentary gesture would have been nice, but alas, just regular treatment for me.

The food at Maiden Shanghai is truly exceptional.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by noise disturbances that made it impossible to relax. The pool staff were overly strict, and we faced additional charges just to enjoy a seat at the pool, which felt incredibly unfair. Also, the lack of enforcement on pool etiquette led to uncomfortable situations with outside guests encroaching on our space, which was very disappointing.

I had my birthday celebrated there , and the staff made it unforgettable. Mahmoud at reception was like a magician , and when they surprised me with a birthday cake, it was like they knew exactly what I needed.

Yeah , it wasn't exactly cheap but considering the luxury experience , it felt acceptable.

The four-bedroom penthouse was stunning, offering breathtaking views and a private pool. Room service was excellent, and the staff was attentive! The location near the beach added to our experience.

However, I wish the Wi-Fi was more reliable. and the drop-off area could be better organized for smoother check-in.

We enjoyed a spacious room with breathtaking views and an exquisite gold bathtub. The beach setup is beautiful, offering lovely beds and attentive staff service. A tip for future guests, consider the beach over the pool for a more relaxed experience.
