I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful design and stunning views. the staff members were accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist. the breakfast served was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

Everything exceeded my hopes. the service fell short of expectations, lacking basic courtesy and respect.

First of all, the location is simply breathtaking. Surrounded by lush greenery and stunning views, it truly feels like a peaceful retreat. The restaurants offer a wide range of delicious options, from mouthwatering buffet food to exceptional dining experiences. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and top-notch service. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a variety of tasty dishes to choose from. The facilities, such as the pools and beach, are well-maintained and provide a perfect setting for relaxation and fun.

There could be more options for food at lunchtime, as some guests felt limited by the choices available.

We had an amazing stay at Dreams Macao Beach! The staff was welcoming and remembered us from our previous visit. The resort was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the preferred pool and the outstanding service of Algenis and Johandy. The restaurants, especially Portofino, were fantastic, with special thanks to Yanieri, Manuel, and Colin. The barkeepers at Sugar Reef, Luis and Julie, were friendly and made great drinks. The entertainment team, especially Kiko, did a fantastic job. The preferred club staff, including Ugeny, Floranger, Saury, and Doris, were always helpful. we had a wonderful experience and can't wait to return.

We enjoyed the lovely scenery and had a peaceful time. the complimentary breakfast and room decoration were really thoughtful. the hotel is also located near the beach, which was great for exploring. the room was spacious and had a beautiful bathroom setup.

The food was not enjoyable, and most dishes looked better than they tasted. the staff at the sales club were pushy and was a letdown to the overall experience.

From the moment I entered this hotel, I felt like a VIP. the attentive service and luxurious amenities exceeded my expectations. the spa treatments were exceptional and the outdoor infinity pool provided a peaceful haven. the restaurant had a wide variety of delicious options for breakfast and the bar/lounge area offered delicious cocktails. the private facilities added to the exclusivity of this venue.

the beach access was a bit further away than I would have liked.

The beach at Dreams was breathtaking! Crystal clear waters with no seaweed in sight. The resort's decor was beautiful and the food was good. Although the hotel is quite large, there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. I highly recommend this hotel.
