The hotel's location is fantastic, just across the river from the airport, and it's easy to get to the city center using the nearby station. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the attention to detail in providing amenities for our daughter's wheelchair and the queen bed. The breakfast had a good selection, including soya milk and a waffle maker.

The room at Hampton was fantastic, with a clean and modern design. I loved the enjoyable view overlooking the Thames and City Airport. The shower was lovely and the overall space was spacious. The gym was pretty well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The TV had plenty of choices and the towels and complimentary toiletries were plentiful. Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely recommend this hotel overall.

Great view of the dock from the room, and the location is convenient with a nearby DLR station. Plus, the breakfast was lovely.

The shower had bursts of scalding hot water, making it difficult to find a comfortable temperature. And the bed was extremely noisy, even just sitting on it or turning over would create a loud noise.
