the room in the VIP area was absolutely gorgeous, and I had a helpful personal assistant who made my experience even better. the food and drinks were delicious, although it took me a bit of time to figure out where to get everything. once I got the hang of it, I had no issues. the entertainment at the resort was top-notch, with circus performances in the theater, music in various pool areas, a silent disco, and live music at the lobby bar. the staff was incredibly friendly and the resort was very clean. I highly recommend opting for the preferred club room, as it gives you access to a separate pool and bar area. the grill/restaurant in this area had great food options, particularly for someone like me who has allergies. I especially enjoyed dining at the Japanese restaurant, where chef Garvel was amazing. the beach was just a short walk away from the rooms and pools, and there were plenty of shaded tiki huts available. I never had trouble finding a spot at the beach or pool, and I was able to easily walk into the specialty restaurants without needing reservations. the resort offered everything I could expect from an all-inclusive hotel, with good food, good drinks, cleanliness, friendly staff.

Everything was fantastic during our stay at Jewel Palm Beach! We booked the suites and received VIP treatment from check-in till check-out. The extra comfort was well worth the slightly higher price. Our guest relationship manager, Ary, went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food at the Japanese and Mexican restaurants was excellent, and the Two Palms steakhouse had a great waiter team. The beach was clean, the rooms were well-maintained, and the overall staff was friendly. The acrobats and silent disco provided great entertainment. Highly recommended!

The kids club at this resort is amazing for families with children. The staff is professional and engaged, making it the best thing about our stay. The beach is beautiful, the pool is nice, and the food and drinks are good overall. The Database Room was excellent, with a clean bed and a restocked bar/fridge every day. The maids were friendly, and the VIP Representative, Loyeril, was incredibly helpful. The "Dreams Romantic Beach Diner" set up and waiter Edwin were excellent, and the food was delicious.

I must say, we got incredible value for our money at Jewel Palm Beach. The room was so comfy and we had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk to the beautiful beach. The staff treated us like VIPs, they were friendly, professional, and made our anniversary extra special with live music and fireworks.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

We had an amazing stay at Jewel Palm Beach! The upgrade we chose was definitely worth it. The check-in process was quick and we were greeted with a warm welcome. The lounges provided with the upgrade were a great bonus, offering delicious snacks and drinks throughout the day. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Cristina at the Seaside Grill, who always greeted us with a beautiful smile. The food at all the restaurants was excellent, with beautifully presented meals. The grounds were well-maintained and the entertainment shows were top-notch. The beach was beautiful and perfect for long walks. We would definitely come back again!

We were not pleased with the Sea Side Grill, as it was closed for a private event one night and we had difficulty getting seated the next day. It would be great if there was an indoor facility for the shows, as one of them was rained out.

I loved the small size of the resort, no need for transportation. Staff was super friendly with great service. Food was good with clean rooms and excellent room service.

The complementary drinks and snacks were a nice touch during our Christmas stay. the hotel's location near the beach and shopping center made it easy to explore Punta Cana. We enjoyed the free water sports activities available for guests such as snorkeling and kayaking.

The noise level from neighboring hotel parties kept us awake at night. the pool was overcrowded and it was difficult to find chairs available for all guests.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel! The kids club was the highlight of my stay, and it's the main reason I'll be returning next year. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, and the beach was beautiful. The pool was also great, and the food and drinks were good, except for the Piña Coladas - they should definitely put cherries on them!
