Service can be hit or miss, which may leave you feeling neglected at times.

The overall experience was pleasant. The beach restaurant and all other food places were excellent. Food and drinks were available almost all the time. Electric shuttle transportation within the resort was really good. The children's water park was a favorite. Gardens were well maintained with lush tropical vegetation.

The check-in process at Bahia Principe Grand was smooth and we were taken to our room by a friendly bellboy. The junior suite was lovely with a spacious 4 poster bed and whirlpool bathtub. The resort was huge but with the frequent golf buggy buses, it was easy to get around. There were plenty of restaurant options both buffet and a-la-carte and the food was generally good. The best part of our stay was the beautiful beach with clear turquoise water and powder-white sand. I would recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
