Everything was fantastic.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the central train station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there is a subway station right outside the hotel, providing even more transportation options. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance in finding a nearby medical center when needed. The public bath on-site was a fantastic amenity, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

Our room faced the main road and it was quite noisy, even with the windows closed.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the subway and bus station. It made exploring the city very convenient and saved us a lot of time commuting. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the hotel was excellent. There was a good variety of options, including some delicious strawberry milkshakes. It was a great way to start the day and fuel up for all the sightseeing.

One major disappointment was the lack of local knowledge from the staff. We had asked about the Kurama fire festival, which had been canceled, but they had no idea about it.

I had an incredible stay at a hotel with a fantastic location right outside the subway station. the staff were friendly and spoke English very well, and they even helped us make a dinner reservation at a famous Japanese restaurant downtown. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the city. the breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options, and the lounge bar offered free drinks in the evenings. I was extremely impressed with the service and amenities at Sakura Terrace.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Great value for the money, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, right next to the subway and within walking distance of Kyoto station. The staff was friendly, spoke English, and provided excellent service.

Our room at Sakura Terrace was spotless and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the lounge area in the evenings, where we could relax and enjoy a complimentary drink. The location was convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Kyoto Railway Station. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The free drinks every evening was a nice gesture and the live music in the lobby made for a pleasant atmosphere. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and attractions nearby. the breakfast spread was decent with a few hot options to choose from.

Charging up our devices was also difficult as there were very few wall sockets in the room. the room itself was small with limited space to organize our belongings.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, within walking distance from Kyoto station, but just outside the busy city centre. It was also right in front of a subway station. The rooms were spacious and had nice touches like a free upgrade to a big double bed. Breakfast had special offers for vegan guests like myself and the staff were friendly and attentive.
