The location of the hotel was fantastic, with popular areas like Dotombori, Shinsaibashi, and Amerika Mura all within walking distance. The room had a beautiful view, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The service provided at the hotel was excellent, with friendly staff and helpful assistance at the check-in and check-out desk. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. the facilities and room advantages, such as the renovated furnishings and new shower head, were top-notch.

The doors to the hallways were quite thin, causing noise from people walking and talking to be easily heard in the room.

Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Convenient location near shopping arcades and train station. Enjoyed high tea in the lobby and breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. a fantastic 5-star experience. Worth every penny.

The Swissotel Nankai Osaka exceeded our expectations as young holiday goers. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, assisting us with enthusiasm and a smile. The location was fantastic, right next to a subway station and JR train station, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we even received a complimentary upgrade to the executive suites. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, both Japanese and Western. the hotel provided great facilities and amenities for a memorable stay.

We felt extremely welcomed during our stay and had no reason to complain.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke perfect English. They went above and beyond to assist us, even lending us duct tape to help with a clothing mishap. The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the city. The hotel is conveniently located above subway stations and connected to a shopping mall. We were also impressed with the high-quality bedding provided. our experience was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great central location with easy access to shops and restaurants. My room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small. The gym and swimming pool looked nice, but I didn't have a chance to use them. I would recommend Swissotel for your Osaka stay.
