Location is mind-blowing, right in the heart of the Colonial Zone. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Early check-in and same room as before was jaw-dropping. Beds are AMAZING and AC is fantastic. Clean rooms, convenient location, and no street noises.

our second stay in santo domingo was even better than before. la colonia provided excellent transportation and helpful recommendations for exploring. the comfortable bed, quiet location, and delicious breakfast made our honeymoon night spectacular. highly recommended!

This hotel is a great value for money. The location is perfect, right in the center and close to everything. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfy. The breakfast is also delicious.

Our honeymoon stay at Hotel La Colonia was superb! The hotel organized our airport transfer and gave us helpful local recommendations, including transportation options to Punta Cana. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotless. Despite being in the heart of the colonial city, it was peaceful and quiet. The included breakfast at the nearby restaurant was delicious, and we loved the beautiful decor in the lobby. The location is perfect, right next to Parque Colon. The friendly housekeeping staff and cozy sitting areas on each floor were a nice touch. Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I had a very convenient and comfortable stay at Hotel La Colonia. The location was perfect for exploring the historical sights of the city on foot. They even provided a driver to pick us up from the airport, which was so convenient. The area was quiet and safe, and the air conditioning worked well to keep us cool. The breakfast at a nearby restaurant overlooking the cathedral was delicious and the service there was excellent. Despite some minor drawbacks like small rooms and limited windows, I would still recommend Hotel La Colonia for its great location and overall cleanliness.

Convenient location to explore historical sights by foot. Quiet and safe area, great air conditioning. Accommodating staff and amazing beds and pillows. Spacious and clean rooms in the back of the building, with a nice balcony overlooking the city. Good value for money, with a delicious breakfast option nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located near the attractions of the historic center with plenty of restaurants, bike rentals and picturesque streets all around. Each floor has a communal area and balcony and coffee and tea are offered in the lobby. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

My recent stay at a hotel in the heart of the Colonial Zone was fantastic. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from all the restaurants and attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the cozy communal sitting areas and balconies on each floor. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite being centrally located, there was no noise disturbance from the outside. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea provided in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and comfortable accommodations.

Got some complementary coffee and tea which was needed on a thanksgiving morning. The location was smack dab in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city which made it easy to get around. The balcony was a really great place to sit back and observe the city life.

The bathroom was so small you have to come out to change your mind. The bed was squeaky and made so much noise with every turn, almost like playing the drums.

We were pleasantly surprised by the central location of the hotel, right next to Parque Colon. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We especially enjoyed the sitting area on every floor with a balcony overlooking the street. The breakfast at the corner restaurant named "Tribu" was delicious, with a wonderful view of Plaza Colon. The lobby and seating area had beautiful decor that caught our attention. The housekeepers were also very friendly.
