Location is a major highlight! Just a 2-3 min walk from Nippori Station. The staff are always smiling, and the amenities are efficiently refreshed daily.

Dodgy temperatures in the rooms during peak days! Lack of air control made it uncomfortable, and furniture can feel cramped.

the noise from the cleaning staff was absolutely horrendous, waking me up early every morning, real relaxing, right? plus, the mattress felt like sleeping on cloud fluff—if you like back pain, maybe it’s for you. I was really hoping for an upgrade or at least some complimentary wine for all my troubles, but that’s too much to ask, huh?

bath towels and toiletries provided daily, which made my stay feel more convenient. The location close to Nippori Station was perfect for venturing out and exploring nearby cafes. However, the elevator wait times could be a bit lengthy at times.

Also, that yukata was such a nice touch, felt like a mini-vacation in my stay. Plus, I appreciated the eco-friendly system—no need for cleaning if you didn't want it, just new towels and a bottle of water left at your door as a thanks.

Sure it wasn't the cheapest option out there, but it was still acceptable considering the location and amenities.

On top of that, the noise from the cleaning staff was relentless and often woke me up early in the morning, creating stress I didn’t expect during my visit.
