The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to The Blue Mall, which had amazing luxury shops and delicious restaurants. We were impressed by the fantastic staff, especially Yoamy, Evelyn, Lidie, Cinthya. They made us feel like royalty and we were amazed by the treatment we received. The breakfast served at the hotel was also excellent.

The location is fantastic, situated in a very safe part of the city and close to everything we needed. The check-in process was a breeze and the bell boys were great. We had a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant, with a wide variety of menu options. And being attached to the exclusive Blue Mall made shopping a dream, with high-end brands like Louis Vuitton, Bulgari, Rolex, and Cartier just steps away. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxury stay in Santo Domingo.

The location was perfect, with designer shops in the Blue Mall, dining options nearby, and supermarkets just across the street. Despite a few small hiccups, like a temporary hot water issue and inconsistent replenishment of amenities, I found the hotel to be a good choice for a work trip. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, accommodating all our requests with a genuine smile. The hand-crafted cocktails at the Lobby Bar by Julio and Belkis were outstanding, tailored perfectly to our tastes. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and stunning location.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff and was impressed with the luxurious amenities offered at this venue. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. the massage and solarium facilities were exceptional, and the service provided was impeccable. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were top-notch, and I highly recommend trying the special diet menus, which were delicious. the private facilities were definitely a unique advantage, and the exclusive room advantages added to the luxurious and comfortable experience.

Although staff were prompt and attentive when addressed, overly intoxicated guests seemed to be a recurring issue.
