We were pleasantly surprised by the unique charm of this boutique hotel in Chinatown. The rooms, though not large, were well-appointed and fit in perfectly with the hotel's quirky style. The location was fantastic, with easy access to eateries and public transport. The staff were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay special - they even decorated our bed with gifts for our honeymoon celebration. I highly recommend this beautiful and unique hotel for a memorable stay.

The Scarlet offered great value for the location and quality of the room. the rooftop bar and gym access were fantastic amenities to have. the hotel's location was perfect, with multiple hawker centres nearby and just a short walk to the Metro Station. the staff were incredibly helpful and made my stay comfortable.

The building site opposite the hotel could potentially create noise at night, but I didn't experience any disturbance. the property could use some refurbishment and there was a lack of deep cleaning in some areas.

The Scarlet Singapore is a luxurious 4-star hotel that offers enhanced comfort and quality services. We had a wonderful stay at this place and highly recommend it to others. The location is great, just a minute or so from the heart of Chinatown and within easy walking distance of the MRT. This makes it perfect for those looking to explore the more traditional side of the city. We also appreciated the ability to go back several hours after check out to retrieve our luggage and have a shower before heading to the airport.

We had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel in a lively alley in Chinatown. The location couldn't have been better, with the Maxwell Hawker centre right across the street, offering a variety of delicious Singaporean delights. We loved the vibrant ambience of the hotel, with its beautifully decorated rooms and attention to detail. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even assisted with pushing my wife's wheelchair, providing excellent customer service and front-of-house hospitality.

The rooms are extremely small and cramped, especially if there are two people staying in them. There were issues with the hair dryer in the room, which was inconvenient.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, with Chinatown and the MRT just a minute away. The nearby hawker center had delicious and affordable food. We have already recommended Scarlet to our friends and will definitely book again. highly recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the comfortable and well-designed rooms. the amenities provided, such as high-quality coffee and tea, were a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel staff was warm, friendly, and provided excellent service. the location was also a major advantage, as it was close to popular attractions and good restaurants.

There were a couple of negative aspects to my stay. the rooms were quite cramped, making it difficult to store luggage.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel that has a perfect location. It's right opposite a huge food arcade in Chinatown area, which gave us access to all kinds of Singaporean delights. Additionally, the service room was great and the staff was very helpful. We were pleased with the excellent customer service & front of house hospitality. The amenity list provided us with everything we needed and the room was cosy and enjoyable.

We stayed at The Scarlet for my boyfriend's birthday and they made it extra special with a bottle of wine and balloons. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location in ChinaTown was perfect, with great food options nearby. The hotel has unique decor and a charming rooftop terrace. Despite the smaller room size, the bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.
