Incredibly friendly and attentive staff make you feel welcome.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. The hotel was undergoing renovation, which was disruptive as work began around 11 am, making it difficult to relax during the day. Additionally, I found areas in the room needed deep cleaning, and the mini bar deposit policy felt unnecessary, especially for repeat customers.

The staff at Scarlet seemed completely uninterested in resolving issues. it took forever to check on my air conditioning woes. not to mention, the restaurant they recommended was an absolute disaster. honestly, I almost thought about giving a good review, but where’s the complimentary upgrade or fruit basket to ease my discomfort? just couldn’t happen, I guess.

absolutely a disaster. the carpet outside my room was dirty the entire stay, no one seemed to care. and are we in a red-light district? the decor is horrifically dated. I expected at least a complimentary bottle of water, given the lack of cleanliness. my almost good review would’ve been easier to write. but here we are.

We had a lovely stay with access to a cozy Italian restaurant and a fantastic bakery right in the hotel. There were also some nice spots to relax and enjoy the atmosphere, like the charming lobby area and the rooftop. The only downside was the limited room size, but it was clean and comfortable, so it didn't bother us too much! 😊

The vibrant decor and easy access to Maxwell Hawker Center made our trip memorable. Plus, the staff's warmth and attentiveness truly enhanced our experience, making us feel welcome from the very start.

the room had a skylight, which made it feel bright and spacious. the tiny water pool is not ideal for swimming.

Phenomenal location. just a short walk from Chinatown, Maxwell Hawker center, and Clarke Quay. staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the vibrant decor.
