We arrived at the Fairfield Inn and Suites quite late in the evening, but check-in was a breeze. The friendly staff had our room ready within minutes, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. Speaking of the room, it was incredibly spacious and clean. We booked a suite for our 11-night stay and were delighted to find two TVs, a comfortable bed, and a cozy living area. The room was immaculate and well-maintained throughout our stay.

We were also impressed by the helpful staff at the hotel. Although we didn't need to use the shuttle service, there was a representative available to assist with transportation and answer any questions.

I stayed at Fairfield Inn near Universal Orlando with my son for a trip to the theme park. The room was clean and within our budget. The staff was extremely helpful and made our vacation go smoothly. The breakfast was delicious and there was always someone replenishing the items. We loved that we could leave our cars and take the bus to Universal, and we enjoyed dining at the nearby Miller's Ale House. The hotel's proximity to the Orlando Ale House was a great asset, with its great food and friendly employees.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The breakfast area was arranged much better during my stay. There was an improved traffic flow, allowing guests to easily access the food without blocking entry for others. It was a positive change that made breakfast a more enjoyable experience.

The hotel's location is great for visiting Universal Studios - it's just a 15-minute walk away, which saved us money on transportation. The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a cozy and restful atmosphere. The breakfast provided was terrific, with a large variety of options available to choose from.

Enjoyed my Thanksgiving break at this hotel. Loved the fact that the breakfast was complimentary and had a good variety of options. the location was perfect as it was a short distance away from the parks and had a Walgreens nearby. the shuttle service was fast and efficient.

That the room had a weird smell upon entry but it went away after being in the room for some time. the stay was enjoyable and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and value for their money.
