The spa at Melia was incredible. The massage we had was so relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff was very friendly and helped us to fully enjoy our experience. Overall I will recommend this hotel, despite some minor shortcomings.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The architecture was impressive with a Caribbean vibe, and the decoration was tasteful. The hotel had well-kept gardens with nice touches. The breakfast spot had a great view of the water and offered a wide selection of options. The pool and beach were perfect for relaxing, with white fine sand and plenty of space. The hotel staff were always kind and attentive. The location was great, right on the beach and close to other areas that may be a bit far to walk to.

The resort is clean and has a stunning tropical garden and lobby. The beach is conveniently located for adults only. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a special mention to the comfortable beds. The Rumba restaurant offers a great breakfast in a lovely location.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and a pleasant walk to the check-in area. The staff treated us like VIPs, especially our Butler Wensky who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay.

The stunning property is situated right next to the beach, offering breathtaking views. The lobby decor is impeccable, and the main buffet restaurant overlooks the water. The pools and spa are luxurious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the variety of activities available, including step classes on the beach and live entertainment at night. The beach itself is clean and beautiful. I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel.

The expansive property boasts numerous amenities including restaurants, bars, a casino, theater, pools, and spa facilities. A standout dining experience was at the Vietnamese restaurant "Muoi" where the servers provided exceptional service. The spa area was rejuvenating, leaving me feeling refreshed and relaxed. a beautiful and well-maintained resort with friendly and attentive staff.

I had a fantastic stay at Melia's The Level. The value for my money was great, and the room was top-notch. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a pleasant walk to the check-in area. The staff treated me like royalty, especially our incredible concierge Juan.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety and faster service.

We stayed at a resort with a great location close to some lovely restaurants on the family side of the resort. They were not very helpful when we asked for directions to other areas that may be a bit far to walk to or to the beach. On the bright side, the rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom was spacious and clean with nice toiletries. Breakfast was average, but the views were spectacular.

The resort has some severe customer service issues, and the staff is not very accommodating.

Thanksgiving was a pleasant holiday at this hotel. the complementary turkey dinner and pumpkin pie was mouthwatering. the location is ideal, being just a short walk away from the beach and pool. the hotel also has a good selection of drinks at the bar.

There were a few issues with the hotel. the room was not clean upon arrival.
