This hotel is situated in a prime location, right in the centre and close to the MP buses. The service here is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a perfect stay. The room amenities are top-notch, with comfortable beds and a luxurious jacuzzi overlooking the river. The food at the restaurant is delicious, and the cocktails are out of this world. The overall experience at this hotel is truly first class.

Breakfast is okay, but not more than that.

A Magical Experience

During our stay at Casa Del Sol, my husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary. The hotel went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. They upgraded us to a suite with a stunning view of the river, and surprised us with chocolates, roses, and a beautiful card. The room was comfortable and clean, and we didn't mind the distant sounds of the train and river. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly, service-minded, and helpful. It truly was a small piece of heaven in Machu Picchu. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect for business travelers, as it is very close to the train station, providing easy arrival and departure. The hotel is conveniently located right on the railway station, making it very convenient for getting around. Despite being close to the train station, the rooms on the quiet side offer a peaceful stay.

One aspect that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connectivity. Some guests mentioned that the Wi-Fi signal was weak in certain rooms, requiring them to go downstairs to connect.

Exceptional hospitality and service. Private views of the river were relaxing and memorable. The restaurant was outstanding, offering a beautiful 4-course dinner with excellent service. The location was ideal, with easy walking distance to the train station, bus stops, local market, and restaurants. The complementary ticket to visit the ruins of Machu Picchu and the arranged bus travel were appreciated.

There was construction and train noise during the day. The lack of conditioner and screens over the windows affected our stay.
