Best aspects of my xmas stay were the excellent rate and convenient location of the hotel. the rates offered by the hotel were very competitive, making it a great value for the price paid. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal as it was situated between my grandparents' house and the venue we were attending, making it easily accessible for us. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the well-maintained facilities, which were up to the standard expected from this hotel chain.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay were the lack of water pressure in the shower and the unhelpful front desk staff. the water pressure in the shower was extremely low, causing inconvenience and discomfort during my stay.

Letty at the front desk was amazing, great communication skills, and met all our needs. Cecilia from housekeeping was a lifesaver, delivering our laundry just in time. The staff overall was friendly, and the breakfast service was excellent, thanks to Ruben. The hotel's location was convenient for visiting family and attending an event. Facilities were up to standard, though ice machines could be improved.

During my new year's stay, I was impressed with the excellent value of this hotel. the location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel facilities were well-maintained and exceeded my expectations.

Although most of the staff was friendly and accommodating, a few were a bit overbearing and noisy. Finally, the water pressure and hot water in some rooms were problematic, and the hotel's no refund policy when things go wrong was upsetting.

This hotel fulfilled all of our luxurious needs, from the stunning outdoor swimming pool with beach umbrellas to the cozy leisure room. the in-room breakfast, bar/lounge area and snack bar were also exclusive advantages. We were impressed by the private facilities and the special diet menus offered by this venue.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the service staff was not always on their A-game. While the majority of the staff were attentive and friendly, we encountered a few hiccups with some of them being a bit pushy or slow.
