I recently stayed at Presidential Suites By Lifestyle for a few nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and the entire place was clean. I loved the beautiful pools and beaches. Making reservations for dinner was easy and the food was excellent. The VIP beach area with the hot tub was a nice touch. The staff did an amazing job setting up a romantic dinner and decorating our room for a special occasion. I was impressed with the service and amenities, and the shows were great too.

The property was well maintained and the room we stayed in was very nice, with a jacuzzi tub that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The food options were varied, offering a taste of different cuisines. The resort also provided shuttle services to different areas, making it convenient to explore the surroundings.

I recently stayed at the Presidential Suites in Puerto Plata for a week-long vacation. The grounds were stunning, with well-manicured gardens and a lovely VIP Beach area with cabanas. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, particularly the waiters Roberto and Domingo at Casablanca. They went above and beyond to make our dining experience unforgettable, and we looked forward to seeing them every day. The check-in process was smooth and the overall service from the staff was outstanding. The nightly shows, especially the MJ performance, were fantastic. I give them an 8 out of 10.
