Cleanliness was top-notch, with sanitization centers and gloves provided before each meal. Hotel facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed the location on the beautiful sand beach. The staff was amazing, always friendly and accommodating. We loved the evening entertainment shows at the theater.

The resort is stunning, located on a beautiful beach with clean pools. The room on the 3rd floor was fantastic, with high ceilings, a lovely patio, and plenty of light. There were great drinks and fantastic activities organized by the concierge. The nighttime show by the Animation Super was impressive, and the kids club was a hit with our children. The aquapark was loads of fun, and the couple's massage at the spa was one of the best we've ever had.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to both the beach and the city center. the hotel offered free Wi-Fi in all areas, which was a big plus for me as I needed to stay connected for work. Another advantage was the variety of dining options available at the hotel, with a buffet and several themed restaurants to choose from.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. There were some issues with ants, although it was quickly resolved by the housekeeping staff.

Check-in confusion, small issue.

We had a blast at the aquapark and enjoyed the constant activities throughout the day. The staff were friendly and attentive. The Mediterranean restaurant was our favorite, followed by the Brazilian restaurant. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained, and the pool was large and clean. a great experience for party people!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool was one of the best parts, as it was huge and perfect for a refreshing swim. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including cafes, pastries, and an ice cream bar that I absolutely loved. The staff were very friendly and always went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, as it was just down the highway from everything and right next to a sports bar.

We also enjoyed the hotel's location, as it was near to everything and in the SPT area of entertainment. The aqua park was a huge hit with our kids, and the live band provided great music for dancing. our stay was perfect and we can't wait to come back!

Can't fault the property in any way.

The hotel is located near the Premium Member area, next to the sports bar, and near the beach. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with mini-fridges that are restocked daily. The staff is friendly and helpful, with maids who do an outstanding job cleaning the rooms.

Some of the non-buffet restaurants were just okay and had confusing schedules, causing inconvenience to guests.

Everything was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The girls who did the room cleaning were great. The water park, lobby bar, and entertainment were awesome. The food display in the buffet restaurants was really nice. The modern decor throughout the hotel was loved. The room was perfect for a family and had a lot of space. The ambiance was beautiful. The Silent Party was so much fun, especially for families with little ones.
