The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean pool and outdoor seating area that was perfect for relaxing. Plus, the location couldn't have been better. It was right in the heart of the city, conveniently located on the I-Ride trolley route, making it easy to explore all the attractions in this area. Additionally, the hotel was just a short walk away from the Orange County Convention Center, making it a great choice for business travelers like myself. And the best part? There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby for me to explore during my downtime. this hotel offered the perfect combination of convenience and comfort.

Convenient location near a variety of attractions and shops. Quick access to international drive. Great amenities, including a hot tub and heated pool. Discounts available for onsite shop and main breakfast area.

Noise level was extremely high, making it difficult for light sleepers. Interconnecting rooms resulted in lack of privacy and noise isolation.

We were impressed with the hotel's response to Hurricane Dorian. They welcomed evacuees and pets with open arms and even waived pet fees. The facilities were excellent and the housekeeping was friendly and well-supervised. We had a comfortable stay in a spacious room and enjoyed Jacks restaurant. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfect for events at the conference center, with multiple pedestrian sky bridges connecting to the property. The location is great with iTrolley stops outside and plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with many great amenities included.

I recently stayed at Rosen Plaza Hotel for a weekend getaway. The valet and front desk service was professional and comforting. The female staff member at the concierge desk was understanding and helpful when we had a reservation mix-up, resulting in a positive outcome. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was amazing, and the food served by the pool was delicious. The location was perfect, with shops and attractions just steps away. The atmosphere around the pool, with its background music, was fantastic.

Great location, close to attractions and public transportation. the hotel staff was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. the rooms were clean and spacious with high-quality linen and toiletries. the pool area was well maintained with enough sun beds for everyone. the hotel offered a good variety of food options, including a breakfast buffet that was good value for money. Special mention to the breakfast server who provided excellent service.

Limited parking availability, especially during busy times. Some of the hotel amenities were closed for private events or closed altogether, which was inconvenient as we were looking forward to utilizing them.

I loved the variety of dining options and the 24/7 market with tasty snacks, sandwiches, pizza, and drinks. The gym was great, and the pool was a perfect place to relax. The hotel also had a restaurant on-site. The rooms were clean and beautiful, with a separate makeup area in the bathroom. The location was fantastic, with plenty of things to do around and close proximity to Pointe Orlando restaurants and the convention center.

I got a great value for my money at the Rosen Plaza Hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect, right across the street from the convention center. The staff treated me wonderfully, and I even had wine glasses brought to my room within minutes of requesting them, at no charge!

Menu for breakfast could have had more variety.

My son had basketball tournaments in the area, so we stayed at this extraordinary hotel for the weekend. The pool area was big and beautiful, with a jacuzzi and waterfall. The pool stayed open until midnight, which was a major plus. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel had convenient amenities like a gift shop, coffee shop, convenience store, restaurant, and bar. We also enjoyed the free parking and wifi. a fantastic stay.
