We especially enjoyed the access to the other Palladium resorts. we had a wonderful experience at TRS Turquesa and highly recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful resort with well-maintained grounds and landscaping. The cleanliness of the resort, including the restaurants and suites, was exceptional. The housekeeping staff provided daily cleaning and a luxurious turndown service. I felt safe both on and off the property, with drivers available to take me wherever I needed. The staff made me feel like family, and I formed genuine connections with many of them. Manny, our butler, was especially great. I couldn't have picked a better location for my trip.

During my stay, there was a distressing incident in the suite above ours, and the security response was delayed. It took some time for them to arrive, and my husband and I ended up calming down the couple involved.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the facilities were top-notch, especially the pools. it was an unforgettable stay.

I did experience some communication issues when trying to reach the onsite doctor urgently.

Medium resort in a large group. Super nice staff, butler and maid service twice a day. Awesome beach, clean with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Many pools, some adult-only with swim-up bars. Great drinks and cocktails, including fancy smoked cocktails by a special magician. Excellent a la carte dinners and lobster included. Fantastic swim-up suite with beautiful grounds.

We recently had an amazing trip to a resort in the Caribbean. the staff were extremely helpful and service was faultless. We enjoyed the varied and delicious food selection and the bars had a great range of drinks to choose from. the location was beautiful and offered a stunning private beach. Excursions were available for those seeking adventure or relaxation.
