During our stay at Hotel Aka Back Bay, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome we received. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and popular attractions. We especially loved the convenience of having a restaurant right in front of the hotel. The area felt incredibly safe, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. we had a great experience at Hotel Aka Back Bay and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is located in a beautiful area of the city, close to shops and restaurants. It's just a short walk from the train station, making it convenient for exploring all parts of town. The rooms are clean and come with basic amenities such as an iron, safe, and robes. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms have good showers.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, from the valets and doormen to the front desk. They were incredibly helpful and provided everything we needed, including a last-minute request for a razor. The location is perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. The lively bar on the premises added to the fun vibe of our stay.

We had a terrible experience with the valet service. We valeted our car and it was returned to us with a huge scuff and scratch on the front air dam. The hotel took no responsibility and provided no assistance in resolving the issue. This lack of accountability was very disappointing and tarnished our overall experience.

I recently stayed at this place and was blown away by the service and amenities. The hotel is located in a beautiful area and is conveniently close to everything. The staff, from the reception desk to the waitstaff in the restaurant, were very helpful and tried to help with every request. I loved that there was a leisure room with free wi-fi and a fitness centre. The room amenities such as air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities were great. The bar area was perfect for relaxing with a drink and the staff welcomed me with a welcome drink and happy hour was amazing!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of a beautiful area. Everything I needed was within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the reception desk to the waitstaff in the on-site restaurant. They were always there to assist me with any request I had. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The amenities in the room were great as well, including ironing facilities and a safe for my valuables. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. I was extremely satisfied with my experience here.

I had a few minor issues during my stay, such as the electric plugs at the bedside not working and my wife's room service breakfast being cold. However, these were quickly addressed by the staff and they were very apologetic. Despite these small inconveniences, I would still highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This hotel is perfectly located near all the main attractions and easily accessible from Copley Square or the Logan Express bus stop in the Back Bay area. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a super comfy bed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, taking time to engage and assist us until they found the perfect room.

The hotel breakfast buffet was not great. The choice was limited and the food was not always at the correct temperature.
