During our stay at Hotel Aka Back Bay, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome we received. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and popular attractions. We especially loved the convenience of having a restaurant right in front of the hotel. The area felt incredibly safe, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. we had a great experience at Hotel Aka Back Bay and would highly recommend it.

This hotel is located in a beautiful area of the city, close to shops and restaurants. It's just a short walk from the train station, making it convenient for exploring all parts of town. The rooms are clean and come with basic amenities such as an iron, safe, and robes. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms have good showers.

The cost for parking at this hotel could be more reasonable.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, from the valets and doormen to the front desk. They were incredibly helpful and provided everything we needed, including a last-minute request for a razor. the location is perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance. the lively bar on the premises added to the fun vibe of our stay.

We had a terrible experience with the valet service. We valeted our car and it was returned to us with a huge scuff and scratch on the front air dam.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of a beautiful area. Everything I needed was within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the reception desk to the waitstaff in the on-site restaurant. They were always there to assist me with any request I had. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! The amenities in the room were great as well, including ironing facilities and a safe for my valuables. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. I was extremely satisfied with my experience here.

I had a few minor issues during my stay, such as the electric plugs at the bedside not working and my wife's room service breakfast being cold. However, these were quickly addressed by the staff and they were very apologetic.

I recently stayed at AKA Back Bay for my daughter's New Year's Eve meet-up. The location was fantastic, with easy access to all the attractions. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast at The Precinct kitchen was top-notch. The lounge area and complimentary coffee facilities were a nice touch, and the bed was very comfortable. a fantastic experience.

Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

My stay at Aka Back Bay was fantastic value for money. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a lovely, comfy bed and pillows that gave me a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring, with restaurants, bars, and Boston Commons just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I especially loved the convenient texting service they offered. the hotel's ambience and location added to the pleasure of my trip.

The breakfast option could have been improved.

The staff was always helpful and I enjoyed the communal sitting area where I could make a cup of tea or coffee. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring and the downstairs bar always looked busy and inviting. a great experience.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! First, the location was perfect. It was in the heart of the Back Bay area, close to restaurants and within walking distance of Boston's attractions. Additionally, it was very convenient to get to from the airport. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable room and a nice side lobby that had an impressive coffee/espresso machine. The staff was also top-notch, asking questions during check-in to proactively meet my needs.
