I recently stayed at the Marriott in Opelika for a weekend getaway. The property was absolutely stunning, and my room had a breathtaking view. The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and friendly, and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of amenities offered at the hotel, which exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. I will definitely be returning in the near future to experience the hotel's charm again.

The location was perfect, being close enough to the hustle of Auburn but in a peaceful outskirts area. The hotel offered a wide range of services, from room service and dry cleaning to wedding services and laundry. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony with comfortable garden furniture. It was a truly comfortable and relaxing experience.

I absolutely loved the location of the hotel - close enough to the hustle of Auburn but nestled in the peaceful outskirts. It was the perfect spot for golfing at the RTJ courses in the Auburn area. The breakfast at the hotel was simply amazing, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they made our anniversary extra special with a wonderful surprise.

Everything was exactly what I needed and wanted during my stay.

This place is a beautiful setting with spacious rooms and a large, beautiful swimming pool. The location looked fun and could entertain us for hours. The service, from the waiters to the managers to the cleaning staff to the front desk, remained friendly and were apologetic if there were any issues. The sales contact Karen was fantastic and made our stay even better.

We loved this place! It's located close enough to the hustle and bustle, but in the peaceful outskirts with easy access to RTJ golfing. The room service was impeccable, with laundry, dry cleaning, tours/ticket assistance and wake-up service available. We were greeted with a welcome drink and given lots of tips and help from the friendly staff. The amenities were top-notch, right down to the ironing facilities, air conditioning, balcony, and seating area with garden furniture. The TV had plenty of channels and the bed was so comfy. The spa and wellness center were amazing, with a range of treatments and amenities like a steam room, sauna, pool, and hot tub. The outdoor pool was awesome too, with plenty of sun loungers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, and we loved the balcony with pool views. The hotel facilities, especially the large beautiful swimming pool and the Splash bar, were excellent. The staff members we encountered were all super nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and had a wide variety of delicious options.

The customer service at this resort is outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The manager, Terry Torres, deserves special recognition for handling a billing error quickly and professionally. The amenities and cleanliness of the resort were also top-notch. The free shuttle service was a great convenience. Despite the firm mattresses in the rooms, I would definitely stay at this resort again for the exceptional customer service and overall great experience.

The facilities at this resort were impressive, with great pools, tennis courts, and a golf course that I thoroughly enjoyed. the location was also convenient, being close to AU's campus and Southern Union Community College. Additionally, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat from reality.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were disappointing. the food at the pool area was subpar, with soggy potato chips and a Caesar salad that required chopping up the lettuce myself.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean with a great balcony view of the pool. The pool area and Splash bar were amazing. The hotel has something for everyone.

The location is great, close enough to the hustle of the area but also peaceful outskirts. The hotel has amazing golf courses to offer for any golfer traveling to the area. There are convenient liquor stores nearby for those looking to enjoy a drink or two during their stay.

The hotel does not seem to have enough staff, which has caused some issues with customer service.

I had an amazing stay at Auburn Marriott Opelika Resort & Spa. The room was exceptionally clean and the bathroom was spacious with separate shower and tub. The balcony overlooking the golf course and trail added a nice touch. The hotel had plenty of plugs and USB ports for all our devices. The shuttle service was great for exploring the surrounding area. Most importantly, we never had to worry about hot water. The well-kept grounds added to the overall ambiance.

While the ironing boards were a bit low for tall people like myself, it was a minor inconvenience. The closet doors didn't stay open on their own, but propping them open with our bodies solved the problem.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, delicious meals at Southern Oaks restaurant. Lovely pool area with outdoor bar. Convenient bill and checkout on the television. Amazing view of pool and bar area. Great surprises for special occasions.

We enjoyed the free coffee in the morning and the great amenities offered on-site. the location was perfect for exploring the area and nearby attractions.

Our experience was dampened by the lack of cleanliness in our room. the bedsheets were unkempt, and there were even hairs on the bed.
