I recently stayed at Viva Heavens By Wyndham, a trademark all-inclusive hotel for a relaxing getaway. The suite room was spacious and well-maintained, with a fully stocked fridge and Bluetooth speaker to enjoy my own music. The variety of dining options, including the ala carte restaurants, served delicious food with good quality drinks. The hotel offered various activities like tennis and water sports, all without the need for reservations. The private beach was beautiful, and the massage services provided a great way to unwind. The friendly staff and convenient location near the airport made my stay even better.

I had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right beside the Sofrit restaurant and just before the Italian restaurant along the path from the main complex to the beach. The service was exceptional, from the front desk clerks to the waiters, bartenders, and even the masseuse. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel rooms were shiny and clean, thanks to the hardworking housekeeping team and manager. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had an amazing time on our romantic escape. The hotel had a beautiful and clean property with friendly staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a stunning beach and surrounded by nature. We also enjoyed the delicious food and the variety of dining options available.

One downside was the noise level in some areas of the hotel, specifically near the disco. It was a bit inconvenient and affected our sleep quality.

The staff were friendly, understanding, and accommodating. The hotel facilities were very spacious and clean. The location was excellent, with a beautiful beach just a 5-minute walk away. The drinks were good, especially the ones made by Omar. We felt safe with the security presence and enjoyed the amazing entertainment provided by the animation team. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Rosmarino was absolutely stunning. The pool and beach areas were welcoming. The solaquarium was a nice retreat. The landscaping was also attractive. The entertainment staff, bell boys, wait staff, and maid staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. Joel by the pool bar was perhaps the most pleasant bartender and made awesome mojitos always with a smile. The room was comfortable, with daily maid service and restocked minibar. Prompt room service with tangible options. Enjoyed the nightly shows put on by the entertainment team.

One of the things that made my stay at this resort truly unique was the animation team. They were incredibly friendly, funny, and knew how to get everyone involved in the activities. They made sure to create a lively and engaging atmosphere, which made it easy to connect with other guests and form new friendships. Additionally, the Dominican restaurant on-site offered a delicious dining experience in a beautiful area. The beach was stunning, and having drinks readily available made it even more enjoyable.

The soundproofing in the rooms was not up to par, as the walls seemed quite thin and allowed for a lot of noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value and a fantastic room. The location was convenient and the staff treated us like VIPs throughout our stay.

The animators at Wyndham were fantastic, engaging guests with daily activities like water aerobics and a foam party. It was great to see them join in, leading the fun in the pool. I'd recommend this resort.

When we arrived at the resort, we were pleased to see that it is conveniently located. The pathway to the beach was easily accessible, and we enjoyed spending our days by the beautiful ocean. We also had a great time being entertained by the animators, especially Chicken Leg and La Pinky. They definitely made our stay more enjoyable!

We did have some issues with the room's air conditioning. It didn't work properly, and even though we reported it to the guest services, it took some time to get it fixed.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an elegant entrance and lobby. The staff, especially Jack Sparrow, Da Joker, and Black Panther, were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The entertainment staff made sure we were included in different activities, so we always felt included. The free wifi was a great perk, and the Dominican breakfast from room service was delicious. We also appreciated the convenient location, just 18 minutes from the airport.
