We got great value for our money with clean, spacious rooms and a stunning view of the river. The location was perfect, close to the center yet quiet, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

Conveniently located near the bus station, our stay at Hostal Balcon Del Cielo was comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the lovely breakfast served on the balcony with a stunning view of the valley. The hot and powerful shower was a nice bonus. Although there was a bit of street noise in our window room, it was a minor inconvenience. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

We loved the river view rooms, they were spacious and had an amazing view. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The location was perfect, being close to the bus terminal made it very convenient. The breakfast on the balcony was a great addition, even though it wasn't included in the price. The laundry service was reasonably priced and our clothes came out smelling fantastic.

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, with beautiful river views and the San Francisco bridge nearby. the location was perfect, just a block away from the bus station and a short walk to downtown. the staff were friendly and the rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean.

The room was a bit small and we had a few issues, such as a strange window at the top of the room that let in light and noise, a flushing problem with the toilet, and limited outlets. the Wi-Fi was not reliable and the amenities in the room were a bit outdated.

During our Christmas stay, we loved the convenience of the location. Being right next to the bus terminal made it easy for us to explore the area and catch transportation. the view from the terrace was breathtaking, just like the photos showed. We enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the beautiful scenery.

That our room had no windows, which was not made clear when we booked. It would have been nice to have some natural light and fresh air.

We had an amazing stay at a family-run hotel with a perfect location near the bus station in Baños. the hotel, Balcon Del Cielo, offers stunning views of the river and the Tungurahua volcano. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hot water pressure was perfect. the owners went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, helping us book tours and providing hot water for our soup. They even took care of us during a significant earthquake. We felt at home and would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in Baños.
