Great central location, close to cafes, bars, and shops. Free breakfast voucher for nearby cafe. Modern, clean room and bathroom. Helpful staff. Free access to swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa in the mountains.

I had a great stay at a beautiful hotel in the heart of Baños. The modern rooms were comfortable and the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect, close to everything. The bathrooms were top-notch, with a great shower and good water pressure. I also loved the option to cook my own meals in the open kitchens on each floor. The hotel even offered access to Luna Volcan pools, which was a fantastic perk. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Baños.

Although my stay was wonderful, there were a couple of drawbacks. there was some construction noise from another nearby hotel that started early in the morning, which made it impossible to relax or take a nap after a tiring day of tours.

Found a nice, comfortable place for our city break. The bed was so cozy; we slept like angels. We had fun watching our favorite movies on Netflix and the cable channels were great too. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of all the action. We made our own breakfast in the open kitchen and it was easy-peasy! The rain shower in the bathroom was a refreshing experience.

The key system to get in and out was a bit tricky; we had a hard time figuring it out.

Comfortable bed and awesome location. Delicious breakfast down the block. Access to Luna Volcan pools. Everything within walking distance. Feels safe in the hotel.

This fantastic hotel offers a central location, close to all attractions and very convenient if you are arriving by bus. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with super comfy beds. The bathrooms are great, with rain showers that provide a luxurious experience. The friendly staff is always helpful and the hotel offers the opportunity to cook for yourself in the open kitchens on each floor. You can also enjoy the amazing Spa for a relaxing experience.

Due to its central location, it can get noisy at night.
