We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The complex is well-maintained and has a charming colonial style. With a total of 52 rooms, we stayed in a villa next to the mini golf. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a beautiful bathroom and kitchen equipped with a microwave, sink, and small fridge. The highlight was definitely the heated pool, powered by solar panels and perfectly isolated from the wind. The service we received was exceptional, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit and juice. We also appreciated the warm bottle provided at night, adding a nice touch to our stay.

We stayed at a charming hacienda for a long weekend and had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable, with a king-size bed and a cozy fireplace. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hacienda is situated in a peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful gardens. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was delicious and healthy, and the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions, such as the stunning natural beauty and the close proximity to various tourist spots.

We found that some aspects of the hotel's service could be improved, particularly in catering to the needs of elderly guests. It would have been helpful to have grab bars near the toilets, in the showers, and near the Jacuzzi.

The complex was quite large and well maintained with a distinct colonial style. There were many rooms available on the premises, and we had the pleasure of staying in a lovely villa next to a mini golf course. the bathroom was beautiful, and the kitchen had a microwave and a small fridge. the area was serene and offered exceptional service as well as a delightful breakfast with pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt with granola, bread, cheese.

The hotel was situated on a rough stoned street, which made it a bit difficult to drive on. there was a public road behind the hotel, which made it quite noisy with music playing and loud trucks and motorcycles passing by at all hours of the day.
