the staff were friendly and helpful, the bell tents were comfortable and charming, and the toilets and showers were clean and well-maintained. the location was ideal, as it was just a short walk to Tulum center, but still quiet and peaceful. We also enjoyed the provided fans to manage the heat during the day. it was a fun and affordable alternative to a traditional hotel room.

The swimming pool was a lovely escape from the Tulum heat. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a unique and relaxing stay. I was very pleased with my experience.

We had a lovely welcome from Juliette, who showed us to our clean and whitewashed room. the room had basic facilities and storage, and the air conditioning was really effective. the location was excellent, just a 10, minute walk to all the restaurants. And if you're looking to rent bikes or scooters, I highly recommend Sara at Barbel just off the main strip.

One downside was that our room lacked some basic amenities like a fridge and an iron. Also, it was a bit far from the main action, about a 15, 20, minute walk along the main road.
