I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location, nestled in the foothills of a majestic volcano, was absolutely stunning. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, from the fantastic room service to the convenient car hire service. The hotel had a spa and wellness center where I was able to relax and enjoy a rejuvenating massage. The on-site restaurant served delicious food and the cozy bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

This rustic hotel is conveniently located right off the main PanAmerican highway, making it easily accessible. Guests can admire the stunning views of the nearby Chimborazo volcano, creating a picturesque backdrop. The spacious and inviting rooms are tastefully decorated with rose petals and chocolates placed on the bed, offering a touch of romance. The hotel also boasts well-tended gardens and interesting collections of artifacts, such as cash registers and typewriters.

The hotel is full of character and charm with interesting antiques and a beautiful courtyard. the rooms are comfortable with great attention to detail, featuring flower petals on the beds. the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, offering helpful advice about the area. the food was exceptional, with a menu that offers unique and unusual dishes. the prices were reasonable, adding to the value of the hotel.

The breakfast selection was limited and we found that many items were not replenished after a large group had left. Busloads of tourists arrived in the evening, leading to a lack of attention from the head waiter who prioritised the larger groups, and a problem with our main course being cold, then microwaved and inedible.
