Despite the seedy neighborhood, no street noise and interior shutters for a good night's sleep on a comfortable mattress. Staff is professional and attentive. Located near Gran Via with plenty of bars and restaurants. Kitchen and coffee machine provided. Opening doors to the street add a nice touch.

Got a great deal for our city break! the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice touch. the location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city, close to all the sights and restaurants. We also enjoyed the view from the room, got to see some beautiful sunsets.

The bed was very uncomfortable, we could feel the springs poking through. It was a challenge to get a good night's sleep.
