Enjoyed the location and facilities for family with 2 teenage boys. Loved the pool and plenty of sunbeds. Hiring a car essential to explore the area. Shuttle bus convenient. Staff incredibly professional and helpful. Resort beautiful with entertainment options. After dinner piano and live music were great. Good location with beautiful lake view.

I had a great family holiday at Poiano Garda Resort. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially with my 1-year-old. The reception staff were helpful and attentive. I was impressed with the two restaurant managers, one of whom went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. The hotel rooms and grounds were always clean and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the lake in the distance. The pool was large and perfect for families. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to Garda Town. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, and the food in general was of good standard. I would recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Poiano Garda Resort. the breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of space to roam around. the rooms were comfortable and the view was great. We particularly enjoyed the yoga classes led by a real yogi and the friendly shuttle service provided by Carlo. the highlight was being able to arrange a big family sleeping area with an extra bed. the hotel was beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the pool was fantastic, catering to both serious swimmers and those looking to have fun. We felt safe and had a great time forgetting about the challenges of the past year. Highly recommended.

The hotel is quite far from the town center and it can be challenging to get there and back, especially if you don't have your own transport. the shuttle service can be overcrowded and only runs at certain times throughout the day.
