As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the variety of activities available at Saguamby Mindo Lodge. The guided walks through the cloud forest and birding expeditions were fantastic. Additionally, the tubing and hiking options were great for adventure seekers.

The location by the river provided a natural and peaceful ambiance. The owner, Adrian, was friendly and easy-going. The WiFi in the room and terrace was reliable. The lodge was just a short walk from the central square, offering convenience while feeling secluded.

I had an amazing experience at the charming Hosteria along the river in Mindo. The attention to detail and beautiful layout of the hotel really impressed me. Being family-owned, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The swinging beds near the river were a unique and relaxing touch. I loved being surrounded by lush landscaping and being able to observe hummingbirds and tropical birds. The proximity to town and the stunning cloud forest was also a major plus. The outstanding guide provided by the hotel made my birding experience truly unforgettable.

I recently stayed at Saguamby Mindo Lodge for a birding trip. The lunch area provided excellent bird watching opportunities, with tanagers, woodpeckers, and even a tree climbing lizard. The location is beautiful, with a river flowing right next to the property. The owners are friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate their guests. The breakfast is delicious and the open dining room allows for bird, river, and garden viewing. Good wifi and hot showers. We enjoyed playing pool and exploring nearby activities. Highly recommended!
