Loved the cozy atmosphere and treats

This place was super cute and relaxing. The staff was so friendly, and the free wine & cheese at happy hour was a nice touch. Fresh cookies were an awesome bonus! The room was spacious and comfy. Only wish the coffee had a dark roast option, and breakfast could start earlier. Still a great stay!

The hotel bar was a nice touch, though staff could be friendlier. Some noise and maintenance issues were apparent, but the amenities and complimentary offerings outweighed the minor inconveniences.

I always return for weekends. The staff kindly lent a phone charger. This place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free shuttle, fitness center, indoor pool, spa treatments, and more. With beach access, no smoking, air conditioning, and board games, it's a perfect stay.

The room was cozy and felt like a home away from home. The bed was super comfy, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm days. I absolutely loved the flat-screen TV for lazy evenings.

I personally felt the bathroom was a bit on the small side.

We spent our days at Rehoboth Beach and hit the cool bowling-axe tag spot nearby. It was epic!

This hotel is fabulous! The location is perfect, right near many restaurants and shops. It is lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The service here is top-notch, from housekeeping to the 24-hour reception. The amenities in the room were great, including the flat-screen TV and sitting area. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and the spa and wellness center had a wide range of services available. The free shuttle service and beach access made it easy for us to explore the area. this place is perfect for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

The front desk staff was welcoming and offered wine, cheese, and cookies at check-in. The breakfast had a fantastic selection of hot food and beverages available all day. The location was great, close to the Boardwalk, with a courtesy shuttle and beach chairs provided.

The hotel's shuttle service and beach chairs are extremely convenient, especially for those with young kids or older guests. We were able to easily transport everyone to the beach without the hassle of carrying chairs and umbrellas. It made our beach days incredibly enjoyable and stress-free. Additionally, the spa services were dreamy, providing a relaxing retreat for us parents after a day of family fun.

In my wife's opinion, more children-friendly activities would be a great addition for families with kids.

I had the most wonderful stay at this beach resort. The property was impeccably clean, and I loved that I could stay in the same suite with my family. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. I also appreciated being able to keep my car in the garage after checkout. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

One drawback was the breakfast menu, as it could have had more options. However, I was grateful that breakfast was included and that there were nearby restaurants to choose from.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the excellent location downtown, just a short walk from the seafront. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms kept in excellent condition by the friendly and attentive staff. I particularly enjoyed the rooms with a large balcony, providing a relaxing spot to observe the street below. The hotel also offers awesome amenities including complimentary toiletries and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, adding a special touch to the stay. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with my favorite being the crepes.

Ideal location, next to beach and Boardwalk. Lots of restaurants nearby, including amazing Henlopen City Oyster House. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast, with 24/7 coffee available. Pool, hot tub, and outdoor games provided entertainment. Lovely hotel with inviting atmosphere.

We had an amazing weekend with lovely complementary facts: a delicious breakfast, and refreshing pool with sauna and hot tub. the hotel is located walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shops. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the ride to the beach. We loved the cozy and clean rooms and the balcony.

We wished the hotel had more options in the restaurant, but there were great places nearby. the room view was not the best, but it was still okay.
