I always return to this cozy place for my city trips. Friendly staff suggested great spots at my first visit. Wi-Fi, Storage, Lounge, Shuttle, Jacuzzi, Laundry. A perfect fit every time I come back.

I really enjoyed my stay! the location is so central—you’re just steps away from dive shops, restaurants, and the pier. the room was super clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Pablo, who gave us some awesome tips about the local area. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit and a good selection!

The bathroom could use an upgrade; it felt a bit dated.

Flamingo, the hidden gem in Puerto Ayora, exceeded our expectations. The room was impeccably maintained and flawlessly clean. The central location allowed us to explore with ease. The dedicated staff ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The breakfast, served on the top floor, was a delightful treat. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable Galapagos getaway. a fantastic experience.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the friendly and dedicated staff who were always ready to assist me and offer recommendations. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it allowed me to easily access key areas and attractions within the town. the fully equipped and clean bathrooms were very convenient and enjoyable.

I did not find the value for money I had expected, as the price was relatively high for the basic accommodations offered. the external appearance of the hotel was also quite unimpressive and not reflective of standard hotel qualities.
