My daughter and I recently had a wonderful stay at a beautiful country house bed & breakfast in a charming town. The grounds were stunning, complete with a gorgeous pool and gardens. The decor was remarkable and the breakfast was perfect. The family who runs the place were incredibly kind and made us feel cared for and welcomed. We can't wait to go back!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel like part of the family. the house and gardens were beautiful, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. We particularly loved sitting in the drawing room and feeling like we belonged in a grand country estate. the freshly cooked breakfast was delicious and the fruit salad and yogurt were a wonderful start to the day.

On the first night, our car became a target for some very unpleasant bird droppings. However, this was not the fault of the hotel and the gardener was kind enough to help us clean it off with her hosepipe.

We had a wonderful stay at Beryl Bed & Breakfast. The ambiance was charming and retro, with silver cutlery and floral china at breakfast, as well as parlour rooms for guests to relax in. The highlight was definitely the lovely fresh fruit selection before a delicious home cooked English breakfast. The staff were accommodating and the lovely old house was filled with antiques. The elegant dining room and beautifully appointed common rooms added to the overall charm of the place. We also enjoyed the view from our room, overlooking a field of ewes and lambs, with the sound of nature in the background. It was a truly relaxing and laid back retreat.
