As business travelers, we loved the variety of amenities and facilities offered at this hotel. The friendly staff greeted us warmly every time we entered and left the premises. The breakfast spread had a great selection of choices and the staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. We especially enjoyed the surprise beer and wine event hosted by the Manager on Tuesday evenings. The clean rooms provided comfortable armchairs and footstools, and we appreciated having access to the Hallmark TV station. The pool was a great addition, offering a refreshing swim after a long day. it was a wonderful stay.

This hotel is perfect for those who need to be close to everything. It's situated close to the interstate, so it's easy to get around. There are many restaurants and shops to choose from within walking distance. The location is ideal for attending events, as it's right in the middle of everything. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, with basic amenities covered. The rooms are excellent, with a bathroom in between and a balcony on the fifth floor. Breakfast is included and very satisfying.

We had a great value for our money at this hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable with soft pillows and a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect, overlooking the water and bridge, and the staff treated us with friendliness and fresh baked cookies.

The towels were nice, and the room had an armchair and footstool. Enjoyed the Hallmark TV station. The little pool was great! Swims were enjoyable. Breakfast had a nice selection of fruit and items. The cinnamon buns were delicious. A hot drink was available anytime. It was a great stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, mall, and restaurants if you want to do some shopping and dining. The breakfast was good, and the staff was accommodating. Ice maker was promptly fixed when it broke.

The pool area could be improved with better lighting.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, just off the main road and easy to find. the grounds were well-maintained and the parking was hassle-free. Additionally, the rooms were in excellent condition and provided a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Lakeland area and had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Express. My stay was for two nights and I was very pleased with the welcoming and friendly front desk staff. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the spacious bathroom with a decent size tub. The breakfast selection was great, with a variety of options that even my child could enjoy. The dining room was conveniently located and there was little to no wait time to serve ourselves. I had a great stay and I am looking forward to staying at this hotel again in the future.

Had a great Easter weekend here! Loved the complimentary breakfast and the fact that we could make hot drinks whenever we wanted. the location was perfect for us as it was close to both the football game in Tampa and Disney. the staff was super friendly and efficient, especially John in maintenance who fixed our AC in no time!

The young lady at the front desk during check-out seemed a bit inexperienced and lacked personality. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.
