We felt like we were in our own little oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious and well-furnished, providing us with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the amenities, such as the refreshing swimming pool and beautiful sun terrace. The hotel offered a wide range of services, from room service to laundry, making our stay even more convenient. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Santa Cruz on our own. It was close to Tortuga Bay, a short walk to the city center, and the harbor was right at the end of town. We were able to easily visit Parque San Francisco, Charles Darwin street, and the breathtaking entrance to Tortuga Bay. The hotel provided nice amenities such as beach towels for our day trips. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always willing to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was ideal. After a long day of sightseeing, the pool was great for a refreshing dip. We also appreciated the free coffee and biscuits on the terrace.

Great Location and Friendly Staff: the hotel was conveniently located near the ferry dock and the Tortuga Bay trail. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the central pool area was also a nice spot to relax and cool off.

Limited Breakfast Options: Unfortunately, the breakfast provided at the hotel had very little choice and the food ran out quickly without being replenished in a timely manner. This was a downside to our stay.
