Staff were extremely helpful, arranging a Sunday morning doctor visit. The restaurant sent food to my room when I was unwell. Pleasant receptionist checked on my well-being. Quiet and comfortable room with efficient facilities. Convenient location near Mariscal area.

When I accidentally left some belongings in the safe, the general manager and other staff went to great lengths to ensure everything was returned to me. Their attention to detail and care made me feel valued as a guest.

We had a great 4-night stay at Ibis in a quiet location, a bit far from Old Town. the hotel is new, modern, and very convenient. Our room, although not very big, had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. the staff was extremely helpful, especially when I fell ill and needed a doctor. They arranged for a doctor to visit my room, and even sent me some food when I couldn't leave. the breakfast buffet had a decent selection, and we never went hungry. the hotel's location was perfect - not too noisy but still convenient.

The location of this hotel was perfect - not too close to the busy Mariscal area, so it wasn't noisy, but not too far away either, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms may be on the smaller side, but that doesn't mean they're bad. In fact, they were very quiet, comfortable, and highly efficient. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were more than satisfactory. The breakfast offered a delightful spread, with fresh fruit and delicious bread to start the day.

Although room service was not available, the restaurant staff kindly sent food to my room when I couldn't leave due to the illness. the receptionist who organized the doctor's visit was especially attentive and checked on me regularly. the restaurant staff were also accommodating, and the chef even made me a special tea that helped soothe my stomach. the room, facilities, breakfast, and overall efficiency were all excellent, and the location was perfect.
