I was also impressed with their English-speaking abilities. the hospitality at this hotel was excellent. the reservations manager, Patan, was particularly outstanding. I also enjoyed the bar's evening entertainment and had a delicious meal at Favola restaurant. the hotel provided a comfortable and friendly stay throughout.
