Their professional and pleasant working attitude, along with their problem-solving skills, left a deep impression on me. I was also impressed with their English-speaking abilities. the hospitality at this hotel was excellent. The reservations manager, Patan, was particularly outstanding. I also enjoyed the bar's evening entertainment and had a delicious meal at Favola restaurant. The hotel provided a comfortable and friendly stay throughout.

There was a minor issue with the soundproofing in our room, as we could hear noise from the neighboring room. However, this was quickly resolved with the help of the attentive staff.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the variety of dining options available. The Favola Italian restaurant served delicious vegetarian dishes, and the staff were accommodating to our dietary preferences.
