I felt very safe with the security wall and gate. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and amenities.

Celebrated New Year in a fantastic place with incredible service. the breakfast and dinner included were delicious, and the transportation was always punctual. the location was perfect as it was close to the airport and an easy drive to Quito. the green areas and a refreshing pool made the stay more enjoyable.

We loved the pleasant sprawling grounds with beautiful gardens and sitting areas. The close proximity to the airport was great for our quick 2-night stay. The prearranged airport pickup and drop off made for a seamless arrival, especially late at night. Transportation was also taken care of for our crater and Middle of the World visit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and traditional. The breakfasts, freshly made each morning, were delicious. The juices were to die for! We also appreciated the convenience of arranging dinner for an additional fee and had a wonderful experience with other travelers at the hotel.
