I stayed at Sheraton for a business trip. The staff was professional, warm, and made me feel at home. The room was spacious and clean, with English channels on the TV. The hotel is centrally located, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of local and European flavors. one of my best hotel experiences.

Excellent service from the front desk staff. Mishell went above and beyond to fulfill a difficult request for my upcoming visit. Anabell and Carla, the concierge personnel, were always available to provide information and assistance, even during civil unrest. The hotel maintains a high standard and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious with many choices. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and value for money.

The gym on the top floor was state of the art, with a steam room, sauna, and a large jacuzzi. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the main shopping centre right opposite. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond when I developed a cold, making me orange, honey, and ginger drinks. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and exceptional service.

Best aspects were the stunning views of the surrounding area and the friendly and professional staff who always made sure we got what we needed. the hotel’s location was also very convenient, it was close to a new mall and a major sports venue. We also appreciated the great internet connection in our room that allowed us to stay connected during our romantic escape.

There was a minor issue with bugs in our room, but this was likely due to ongoing renovations. the renovation also meant that there were limited places to sit and relax, and the dining room was uninviting.
