We had a delightful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the town center and visit the nearby museums. The staff members were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They even let us check in early after our long bus journey and helped us plan our onward travel. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculately clean and done to a high standard. The WiFi was reliable, which was a big plus for us. We also appreciated the nice touch of being served a welcome drink upon arrival. the service and amenities provided enhanced our comfort and made our stay truly enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel to families.

The location of this hotel is incredible, just four blocks from the historical center. We had such an easy time exploring the city and discovering all of its charms. The staff was helpful and accommodating, making sure our needs were met. The breakfast choices were excellent, providing a great start to each day. The bed and sheets were so comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Cuenca.

My stay at the boutique hotel in Cuenca was absolutely fantastic. The cozy atmosphere, central location, and friendly staff made my experience truly enjoyable. The comfortable room and beds, along with the cleanliness and fresh ambiance, added to the overall satisfaction. The beautiful colonial house, organic materials, and traditional decorations created a charming and authentic environment. The value for money, including breakfast, was exceptional.

Everything was spot on.

I recently stayed at Hotel Siena for a few nights and it quickly became one of my favorites. The boutique atmosphere and elegant styled rooms create a cozy, homey feeling. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and the bus station. The staff is friendly and always smiling, and the breakfast is delicious. it was a great value and a wonderful Ecuadorian experience.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
