The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic, just across from the Cathedral and Castle. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore the area.

During our stay, we had a minor issue with the heating in our room. However, the hotel staff were quick to respond and provided us with extra duvets to keep us warm and cozy throughout the night.

The Gordon House Hotel in Rochester was a charming and quirky stay. The building, dating back to the 1600s, was full of character and had a lovely atmosphere. The owner and her son, who served as the waiter and barman, were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with crisp white linens on the bed. The location was ideal, near the river, castle, and cathedral. There were also plenty of restaurants and interesting shops nearby. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked, and enjoyed by all. it was a wonderful experience, and we felt right at home.
