The buffet breakfast had an impressive variety of options, perfect for energizing before a journey.

The loud music from the bar downstairs made it impossible to sleep, with no warning about the event provided prior to our stay.

loud music blared until 3 AM, ruining my beauty sleep. i expected a room upgrade or at least a complimentary gift to make up for these outrageous inconveniences, but that was clearly too much to ask. how disappointing.

Canny lush spot for a quick stay! The breakfast was proper champ with a huge buffet. Just a bit gutted 'bout the noisy bar downstairs that kept me up a bit. But overall, a great stay!

The airport shuttle is free and super convenient, while the staff was always friendly and helpful, arranging taxi rides. Breakfast had tons of fresh fruit and a solid variety, and I loved the lemon water station!

The room could've used some better soundproofing. I heard noise from outside that was a bit distracting.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! The hotel's close proximity to the airport made it super convenient. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the steam room and loved the amazing buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Carlos at the front desk was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. Don't miss out on checking out the nearby mall!

Had a pleasant stay here, especially when the staff helped me solve an issue with the shower in no time. Raoul was exceptional, guiding us with shuttles to and from the airport, and the buffet breakfast had so many options I almost felt guilty for indulging.

Amazing proximity to the airport and a free shuttle made life easy! The steam room was lovely, and my quiet room on the 5th floor was a delightful haven. Plus, that flavored water station was simply divine!

But sweet heavens, the kids in the pool were shrieking like banshees! And the bar service? Might as well have been serving cocktails in slow motion!

Margaritas could use improvement, but excellent breakfast and prime location next to Mall del Sol!

It was a decent option for spending a night in Guayaquil with good value for the price. I enjoyed a delicious crab cream fettuccine that I had not even expected to find on the menu! Be sure to check out the happy hour at the lobby bar for some great deals.

However, the noise levels from nearby events could be bothersome, especially at night.
