Arrived after dark, struggled to find entrance due to lack of visible signage near the street. Lobby noise from youth hockey teams disruptive, but quiet hours were peaceful. Overall, recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and the lobby felt cozy. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed. the location was convenient, with comfortable beds for a romantic getaway.

The lack of visible signage made it difficult to find the entrance, causing frustration. the coffee machine was broken, leaving us with stale, gritty coffee, and lukewarm tea.

The hotel offered clean rooms and a decent breakfast during our xmas stay. Its convenient location was also a plus. We enjoyed being close to local attractions and restaurants.

Our stay was overshadowed by rowdy hockey kids and inconsiderate parents. the staff did not do enough to handle the situation and our attempts to relax were constantly interrupted.

My recent stay at Best Western Plus in Grand Rapids was fantastic. I was in town for a business trip and stayed for three nights. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options. The coffee set-up was great, and I loved the dispenser system for the hair and body products in the shower. The hotel's location was very convenient and easy to access. The new hotel had plenty of seating on the ground level and the elevators had lighted numbers to let us know which one would arrive first. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and prompt in resolving any issues, such as the problem with our refrigerator. a wonderful experience!
