We had an amazing stay at Termas De! Our suite was right by the hot water springs and the cozy bedroom had a beautiful view of the garden. The suite had great amenities, including a lounge with a table and a workspace. The hotel staff was friendly and made our anniversary special with a lit candle, roses, and a personalized cake. The buffet-style breakfast was excellent. The private pools were perfect, and the hiking trail was well maintained and offered stunning views. The gardens were filled with diverse plants and flowers, and we even saw llamas up close. Highly recommended!

During our Easter weekend getaway, we absolutely loved the comfortable and clean rooms at this hotel. the hotel grounds were stunning, with beautiful pools to relax in. the best part was the delicious meals we had at the restaurant, offering a wide variety of tasty options. Additionally, the hotel's strategic location allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy the natural wonders nearby.

One aspect that we disliked was the confusion with the arranged taxi service. the resort staff seemed to have given the wrong information to the driver, leading to a frustrating and tiring experience.

As the perfect end to our 2.5 week journey in Ecuador and the Galapagos, Termas De Papallacta exceeded our expectations. Our cute suite bungalow was nestled among jungles and hills, offering both seclusion and close proximity to the main lodge. The thermal pools were a peaceful retreat, and the staff went out of their way to make our anniversary special with flowers, candles, and a cake. The salmon dinners were delicious, and the hiking trail and gardens were absolutely stunning. A truly unforgettable experience!
