Elevators not reaching to the 11th floor is absurd!!! The wifi in the co-working space is atrocious!!! The chaotic mall layout makes navigation a nightmare!!! The spa leaves much to be desired!!!

Had a killer time here! The staff? Super friendly, shoutout to Darwin at the restaurant—made us feel like royalty! Breakfast buffet was lit, so much good stuff. Only wish the lobby had more character—missed that classy vibe from the old spot. Still, can't wait to come back for more of that tasty food!

Had a sweet as stay, but the shower heads were a bit dodgey—water pressure was mean though! Elvis at reception was heaps helpful when I needed meds. Chur!

The staff were super friendly, especially Blorge and Ivany—chommies who helped with directions like absolute pros. Brekkie was a treat, they had all sorts of lekker options, even ceviche! Plus, the walk to the riverside was an easy jol. Loved it!

Had a boss time, la! The staff were dead sound, always ready to help. Breakfast was fab with a tasty variety, like fresh scrambled eggs and super strong coffee. The only drawback was the room felt a bit dark, could do with some more light. But overall, a proper lovely stay!

Really enjoyed my time here, especially the breakfast that had so many delicious choices and the beautiful room I stayed in with a stunning view. I also loved relaxing in the sauna after a long day. The only hiccup was having to walk through a shopping center to get to the breakfast room, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. 😊
