Friendly staff, beautiful property, delicious food, great water park.

The hotel's location was great for exploring the popular tourist destinations such as the old market. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the garden. The breakfast was satisfactory. The Mediterranean restaurant had a great ambiance with the Egyptian drums.

There was a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom.

The animation team's energy, helpful staff, excellent room service, fantastic aqua park, warm pool, delicious food.

This hotel is great value for money, with plenty of activities for children and adults alike. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of variety. The location is convenient and the rooms are well-maintained.

I highly recommend this place for a perfect family holiday. This venue has amazing resident managers who greeted us warmly on arrival. The breakfast buffet was delicious and included various special diet menus, which I appreciated. The leisure spa and wellness center on-site is perfect to unwind in the sauna or jacuzzi. The outdoor swimming pool area is surrounded by a beautiful garden area, and sun loungers are available on the heated swimming pool and private beach. We also enjoyed the aqua park and water slides that catered to all ages. What stood out for me was the staff's excellent service, from the pool boys to management, with employees like Mr. Mohamed, the manager of reception, being helpful during our stay.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough to everyone.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh and I couldn't be happier with the value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our needs. The staff at the hotel were friendly and treated us with utmost respect throughout our entire stay. It was truly a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

When it comes to breakfast offerings, I think there is room for improvement. While the food in general was amazing with plenty of variety throughout the day, I feel that the breakfast options could have been more diverse and interesting.

From the moment I arrived, the staff at Pickalbatros were friendly and cooperative, ensuring that all of my needs were met. the variety of food options at the 5 restaurants was impressive, with tasty and delicious meals available, including a seafood culinary experience. the aqua park was huge and the manager, Bassem, was always available and helpful, prioritizing the guests' safety. the entertainment team in the evenings provided great shows, and the hotel took full responsibility for any issues and went above and beyond to make my stay luxurious and pleasant. it was the best vacation ever and I can't wait to return next year!

Great resort, well-positioned rooms, clean, friendly staff, many restaurants and bars.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We loved the water park and the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were attentive and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the on-site clinic which was invaluable when our child needed medical attention. we had a wonderful stay.

We had a blast at the water attractions and enjoyed the warm pools. the hospitality of the staff was great. We also liked the green areas and the variety of pools available. the cariett of excursions was impressive.

The food and sweets were not as good as we expected and lacked variety. the cleanliness of the rooms could have been better.

We had an amazing stay at Aqua Blue. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our holiday special. the food was of great quality with a wide variety to choose from. Our room was spacious with a fantastic view of the slides. the water park and beach access were amazing, with the added bonus of access to the neighboring water park. the location was convenient, close to attractions like the Old Market and Farsha cafe, as well as easy access to fun excursions. the resort also had excellent facilities for young children.
