The staff was amazing, attentive, and friendly. The food was delicious and the service flawless. The hotel is centrally located and has a large park with many recreational activities. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities and activities for guests to enjoy.

the exclusive amenities and personalized attention from the staff made us feel pampered and well taken care of. the spa & wellness center was exceptional with expert therapists and a wide range of treatments. We enjoyed lounging by the outdoor swimming pool, with its serene garden area and comfortable sun loungers. Cons: the only minor issue was the lack of live entertainment or a bar/lounge area in the evening. this did not detract from our overall experience.

Amazing romantic stay! the complimentary welcome champagne and chocolates were a lovely touch. the secluded location made for a peaceful escape from the city. the view of the gardens from our room was stunning.

The only negative aspect was the slow service at the poolside bar, but it didn't spoil our time there.

The attention to detail and top-class maintenance of the place were impressive. The Italian restaurant, Giardino, served mouthwatering pizzas that surpassed my expectations. The sous chef, Mr. Ravindra, prepared delicious dishes that delighted my taste buds. The hotel also offers a carriage ride and a life-size chess board, adding a touch of royalty to the experience. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff added to the overall exceptional experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I highly recommend this hotel for its cultural authenticity and luxurious amenities.
